Aero SBR-Technology

The performance of a batchpur SBR system is furthermore enhanced by the latest version of the smart easy…con- control module. The control is made of valuable material and has been designed with maximum user friendliness in mind. All connectors consist of stainless steel and can be exchanged in no time.

Control BCD with modular board design – as individual as your plant

For plants for 150 – 1500 pe, the BCD control with modular board design is the right choice. This modular structure enables the electronics to be adapted exactly to the current need. 4, 8 or 16 outputs may be used, distribution of compressed air may be subjected to stepper motors or magnetic valves, 230V or 360 V compressors are selectable. All of the boards can be mutually connected simply by plug-in, and the software is able to identify these connections automatically. Also for repair cases, this configuration proves to be practical, as all of the elements can be exchanged individually. Each of the boards disposes of its own fuse, so a high availability for all of the elements is ensured. USB connection and a socket to insert the remote supervision/control module are provided.

Elimination of phosphate with P-Safe®

Phosphate elimination is sometimes necessary, whenever restrictions are prescribed by local authorities. The P-Safe®-technology, developed for these cases, offers numerous advantages:

  • In order to save resources, precipitating agent is added proportionally to the quan-tity, after precise detection of the waste water quantity to be treated. The process is based on a patented dosing method (European patent).
  • Dosing volume quickly adapted by adjustable dosing unit.
  • The pneumatic dosing equipment is not subjected to wear – in contrast to con-ventional units with hose pumps, which require frequent exchange of hoses. This ensures trouble-free operation without disturbing interruptions.
  • Level supervision integrated in the control.

Sterilization by batchpur submersible UV lamps

UV sterilization lamps offer a simple method for disinfection of clear, biologically purified sewage. Number and size of lamps to be integrated depend on the size of the plant itself. The ballast units are automatically supervised by the control, monitoring and parametrization may be performed by optional remote supervision (upon request).
